INTUITIVE EVENT TACTICS FOR THE STARTUP WORKPLACE

That could’ve been an email & other things no one at your company will say after you cakeify the way you gather. Unless they are thanking you for a well-written email, then good job. Great email ✨

HELLO!

Oh hello you! I am so excited you found the Meetings with Cake page!

I am guessing you are here because you need a leg up on events and culture? Because don’t we all! I’m sweating thinking of all the tight corners you have found yourself in. Trying to maneuver through project planning and creative panache, all while looking like you have your life put SO together!

If you work in people-facing roles you know the situation I am describing: You spend the majority of your day context-switching, putting out fires, AND working on your long-term projects and internal event requests.

Maybe you are even at the forefront of difficult conversations and initiating cultural joy? Your people-facing role may feel like it is keeping the company afloat! And at times, it is! Oy vey!

After working a decade in tech, I know this plight very well. Which is why I wanted to share some of my favorite unorthodox approaches to internal events. In hopes that it would guide you to your inner creativity, your inner problem-solving, and your inner savvy.

You are taking on so much in your role, so let’s make the internal events part a little bit easier and have some fun chit chatting about it!

Come say hello!
